Paul has all the CFD data and can answer that in actual lbs. But, the stock car makes significant lift at 120 MPH (around 180 lbs based on our CFD model). Our dual element can make as much as 200 lbs of load (so that's 380 lbs of downforce) at its most aggressive angle of attack before stalling. The S.E.W. V2 will make less, but I expect it would still be between 100 lbs and 150 lbs of load.
