Yup, in the 944 S2 race car the cool suit is the best thing ever when sitting on a hot grid. Also helps tremendously with fatigue when getting your guts tossed around in a fiberglass seat and 5pt harnesses while working a manual steering rack that's turning Hoosiers.
BRZ has AC and tinted windows. Hot grids are a non-issue. It's also way more forgiving than a full blown race car (assuming you haven't gone that route with yours) so your body doesn't get wrecked quite as bad. Just drink lots of water/gatorade.
If you did want to run a cool suit in a BRZ it wouldn't need to have the lines run under the car. Strap the cooler down in the trunk (maybe use a strap latch that bolts into where the spare tire is), run the lines between the crack in the back seats and up to driver's left for quick connect/disconnect the lines.
