there a few lots that are sized well for hooning, but without getting permission from the stores that belong to said lots, you run the risk of them, or someone else, calling the cops and getting a ticket/arrested for reckless driving. I had an interesting encounter with mall security at 2am because I was on top of the parking garage doing donuts and drifting around light poles. They were not amused.
I'd love to PM you some of the places I've found that are generally empty, but I DON'T GET PM'S ANYMORE BECAUSE OF SOMETHING I DID 4 MONTHS AGO AND WAS ALREADY PUNISHED FOR! @
