Today I changed my transmission and differential fluids.
Used Motul Motyl Gear 75w-90 GL 4/5 for the transmission and Mobil 1 75w-90 LS GL5 specific for the Differential (with friction modifiers)
Transmission magnet did not look bad at all, just tiny metal flakes in black color.
The differential magnet caught a lot of black metal flakes and assembly lube, really looked nasty.
Cold Shifting after changing to Motul Motyl 75w-90 was better, no more grinds, but still hard to shift (shift with force), but grind is gone. I did not use Motul gear 300 as it is too slippery-thin and expensive (double the price).
The differential on the other hand is much smoother with the Mobil 1 LS, LSD engagement is a bit earlier, more fun and smoother.
Very happy with the results. cheap assurance and protection =)
