I got it from a guy that claimed it was "OEM" but really wasn't. BUT, I can't complain. Let me find the vendor, it is here in the page BRB.
Edit: It is this one. I read through the thread after buying it and considered returning it based on the feedback BUT after installing it, I can't believe the post in that thread.... It it the easiest thing I have installed in the car. I didn't even look at instructions. I installed it with the car on jack stands and just test fitted the diffuser and all bolts fit in by simple logic. Literally 10 minute job.
