Subaru dealers in the Sunbelt region definitely offer the complementary 2/24 scheduled maintenance. It does require the sales/finance departments to set it up properly, so you may want to inquire at your dealer. As someone above said, if your dealer doesn't know or is unhelpful, call the SOA customer relations department and ask them about it.

Most Subarus recommend the first oil service at 3750, and at every 7500 miles thereafter. I'm having trouble finding the maintenance schedule online and I left my owner's manual at home. Sounds reasonable to me.
