I've only been there for one event but the FR-S/BRZ crowd seem to start gathering around 6:00 pm. I don't know Phoenix that well but if you're coming west on 60, once you get in the Mesa area turn North on Loop 101. Somewhere around 10 miles north you will come to the exit of Indian Bend. Exit there and turn left (West). As soon as you cross over the 101 the Pavilion is on your right side. It's a very large shopping center. Turn in there. You will quickly see the area that's roped off for the car show. The one time I was there the FR-S/BRZ crowd gathered at the N.W. corner of the car show area. The whole event is quite a happening.
