I am unclear, why cant DW redesign the tolerances so it can be done with 1 o ring? Its great you know how to make it work, and your results are proven. Not doubting that. However, No engineer ever designs like that.there isnt one other part on any car or plumbing system I work on(Have a 17,000 gallon koi pond) that calls for double up on o rings...

I see the dynos, and I see that the solution works, I just want it better, not that its broken, but thats how I am, and why I work as a systems analyst type when I am not wearing the forum hat too. I want more power but am okay waiting till I NEED to replace my pump, not sure I am there yet, but I can see how its in my future. I've spoken with the owner of Deatchwerks, really cool guy-is he aware of a potential update to theur design to 'better fit' our cars? or is the plan to stay with the double o ring setup? You sure about tracking it in triple digit weather and all?
