Isn't that what Lexus is for? In my mind:
Scion = cheap Toyota
Toyota = normal Toyota
Lexus = expensive Toyota
"Scion" and "luxury" in the same sentence is like "Kia" and "luxury" in the same sentence. You can get luxury features, yes, but the name doesn't carry anywhere near the same weight as Mercedes Benz, Audi or BMW.
