Ok, just checked scion.com and the 2012 tC base msrp is $19,300. There's no way in scion that they'll price the FR-S lower, so my realistic guess is $23k. Bleh!
Edit: Mazdausa.com has the base miata at $23,200. That's about what I see the FRS/BRZ costing.
