A lot of states require visual now.
It would be fantastic if there was a CARB'esque version of this kit that mounted the turbo behind (at least) the first cat.
The technician is going to look for that 02 sensor and primary cat. I have never seen them go under the car to look at the secondary cat on my previous vehicles.
And since the rest of the avo kit looks so OEM, as long as the emission stuff is all retained... you may pass visual.
