I do not think this has anything to do with the kit
This sounds like install errors,
why on earth would you let a dealership install a kit is my 1st question
there are qualified tuner shops, ecutek shops, why not find one of those?
Where are the motors from the wrecked car threads, are there donor used motors at shops? Or is the only option at this point something like a crawford block or dealer??
Its scary indeed, something to be aware of for any TC installer. Or anyone playing with extra boost levels.
Makes me reconsider my wanting to toy with the option of adding more complexity with a wastegate and more boost to my setup, maybe I should just hang out at 10psi and Keep it Simple and Stupid, and take this chance when I have new motor funds set aside...
Wasnt there a BOV or any protection in place?
