I'm running 245/35R18 on my 18x9, perfect diameter.

225/40 is a smidgen tall but also too narrow for these wheels, unless you're a fan of stretch.
235/40 are too tall, same for 245/40
255/35R18 are very close to factory diameter also and will be better suited for a 9" wheel. (if you can fit a 255 upfront, depending on offset you may not)
265/35 are pretty close too, but into uncharted territory, unless running just on rears.

I verified my tire specs on TireRack.com before I purchased.

Check the tires you like versus the OEM diameter (24.7") and revolutions per mile (844) and compare. Do this because all tire brands are a bit different.
