Why does that amaze you? It's the American Way. It always surprises me when people
do the right thing. I'd be curious if a dash cam might have caught this.
And to the OP: I'm sorry for the situation, that sucks. It always sucks to come back out to your car after it's been violated. Been down that road a few times.
