Overpipe seems like the last piece to upgrade for the exhaust. Although the bends and piping diameter seem restrictive, the headers and front pipe will be 2 biggest gains for exhaust, and then catback and overpipe. I'd do headers before overpipe, or get the PPE headers and do both!
