I'm unfamiliar with Torque (I use PC software called OBDWiz, which has its own set of advantages and disadvantages). I don't know all the little options for the app. Having the GPS data is a nice thing to have. Generally speaking though I would:

1) change the parameter list you are recording. Add vehicle speed for one, and if possible see if you can take out some parameters and improve your logging speed. A 1 second sample rate is way too slow for performance driving. If it's possible, record only data from the ECU on some runs.

2) switch to metric units. Certain types of parameters are harder to use with metric, and certain things are easier. I find metric more usable overall though.

3) If there's any way to change the way the timestamp records, try to have an elapsed time column

4) Label your data files with some kind of description after you export them
