My first mod is to get the clear side markers. After that, Intake. Then Exhaust. I opted in for extended warranty. So I want to make sure there wont be a conflict between the dealers and my mods. Any info on this??? I was thinking Injen intake and SRT header back exhaust. Are those going to become warranty problems?

You just need to find a dealership that's mod friendly. While mods don't technically affect your warranty, it is easy for dealers that don't care to immediately point the finger at it so they can be lazy and not actually perform a diagnosis/warranty repair. Both my BRZ and my previous car were heavily modded and not once have I been hassled about them when I took it in for warranty issues regarding mechanical components
