nah you won't have any problems with balance. and they're not ghetto, they're perfectly fine. just if they're overtorqued constantly with like an air impact gun, you'll start to see the ridges fade. but yea if the balance thing really bothers you (and i'm 100% sure you won't have a balance issue using 1 wheel lock per wheel) then just get 5 wheel locks per wheel if you want.
