And most all stock cars sound like crap, so what's the arguement there?
Rear fill can be done right, and you can also make great systems without it. I never run it, I'd rather use amp channels for drivers that will provide a stable solid soundstage and great imaging.
And there are speakers next to the rear passengers already, I highly doubt they put 4 speakers in the back.
