Yeah, I guess you get most of peak torque output between 3-4k rpm, and even if you could rev it out it sounds like you'd have to get past 5-ish to escape the torque dip anyway. It's really hard to limit yourself though-- the test drive I took was pure torture trying to keep it under 4k.
I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on mine... this summer I'll be bringing it out to socal and taking it out on all my favorite back roads. I seriously can't wait; it's gonna be a lot of fun.
