I feel like half of the posters here haven't driven an s2k hard to be able to make judgement of it. When you get behind the wheel of an s2k, you feel like you're in a racecar. There's a mean presence to it and you feel a bit more courage to take a turn harder. Also with the 9k revline for the AP1s (which I owned) makes tracking it even better. For DDing the car, I drove it to school and work, 10 miles back and forth for school and 10 miles back and forth for work, and had no issue. When you guys are talking about dding, do you guys really use all your space in the FRS? I don't drive anyone when I'm on the way to work and pretty much use the passenger seat for storage and occasionally take a girl out on a date in the FRS, so everything moves to the back seats. I'm a 5'6 asian guy and fit both cars well, and never had a problem with DDing the s2k. I had it as a convertible for a few months and for the rest of the span of me owning it, I had a mugen hardtop on it. It is definitely a beauty, definitely dd-able, and definitely a great car to drive. The only reason I took on the FRS was because it was time for a new car (I had bad luck with the s2k and people hitting and running me so I got rid of it). What's better than a track car that can last 150k without needing to rebuild the motor/transmission?
