I'll check the manual as well and see if I get organize it or not.
edit: wow, I extracted the porfolio and more than 8000 unorganized files..definitely not worth the effort.
open the file and just wait for adobe to do its thing. than its much faster.
changing the layout of the portoflio speeds things up a little but not that much..
