It seemed clear to me on the video.

You experienced power OVERSTEER around the first cone of the slalom, making that fast right, and then had no room to recover and go left before you shot up the embankment, rolling onto your head.

By the way, for everyone here: Be very careful when up-ended like that. Some people have been paralyzed for life AFTER THE CRASH because they unthinkingly released their harness and then fell onto their heads breaking their necks. Support yourself before releasing any belts when you're upside down.

Consider suing these people. I'm not a lawyer, but I'd be surprised if you lost your case. They should replace your car at the very least. They should have insurance to cover themselves. You probably signed a waiver, BUT you had the right to expect a safe course that would not endanger your life for making a common amateur's mistake. You should have just spun harmlessly, at worst.

Something to consider.

Sorry, but there's simply no excuse for this poorly (irresponsibly stupid) designed course. Your crash was inevitable, given the course design and its close proximity to that embankment.

I would note, too, that while difficult to discern clearly, just after the start there was a quick left-right jog that was stable for your car but might put a big torque monster pony car into the concrete barrier on the left. It was hard to tell from the video just how distant that barrier was, but it looked perilously close.

Finally, WHY WERE THERE PEDESTRIANS RUNNING TO GET OUT OF YOUR WAY halfway around the course?

In the future, I recommend one FIRST evaluate the safety of the course. Ask oneself at every point along the course, "What if things go wrong at THIS point? Is there ANY POSSIBILITY OF HITTING SOMETHING?"

If you can answer "yes" at any point, then the course either needs to be re-designed, or YOU need to decline to run it.

It's good that you're okay and uninjured. The car can be repaired, but you're only issued one bag of juices in which to live in this lifetime...
