The engine in the FXT will be mounted much higher in the chassis than the engine in the BRZ/FR-S and the FXT will be running a turbo mounted below and in front of the engine like the newer Legacy GT. The BRZ/FR-S has the engine mounted as low as possible in it's chassis to keep the center of gravity as low as possible and doesn't have the space for the OEM turbo manifold. If you look at the stock FA20 exhaust manifold it was designed to be as low profile as possible.

For the money, I'd just go with the AVO turbo kit because even if the OEM stuff fit it would still cost almost as much (or more) as the aftermarket kit.
