It's too late for that. We fed the stray and now it sees no reason to go out and find food. It will just sit on our doorstep and beg.
Regarding the tax argument, we should get rid of "income taxes" completely and go to a flat rate federal sales tax. We could forget about capital gains taxes as well. You would only pay taxes if you spent money. THE END.
The next goal would be to shrink the federal government as much as possible so that we could make the federal sales tax as small as possible.
