I didn't "get" it either, until I drove a few. And then I started selling them. And then I leased one. Maybe I drank a little of the kool-aid when I worked for Audi, but
damn they are nice cars. The ergonomics and build quality are so much better than all the Asian and domestic cars out there, but you definitely pay for it. Not just with the initial cost of the car, but with the cost of upkeep. If I could afford a BRZ and a 2010-2011 A4 for a daily, I'd absolutely do it.
