Agreed.

Regardless of reasoning, most people on here who've actually thought about pricing pretty hard have decided that it's got to start around the mid-30's. Accounts for low sales volumes and allows Toyota AU to keep a nice fat profit. Edging closer to 40k for a base and the market opens up to cars that are much better equipped and spec'd.

It's very logical that we're going to see ~35k for a base IMHO, although if it was a bit cheaper (maybe on road for 35k?) everyone would be absolutely cheering (and I think Toyota would have astronomical launch sales, haha).
