Nissan had their share of issues with the 350Z/370z and the G series and they've nearly worked out all of them by now. Mine's the 2012 model which has the oil cooler stock, keeps the temps that people were complaining about low.
We are essentially the trial run for Toyota here. I'm sure they got tons of data from my car alone, they had a regional rep come look at it during the worst cases. I just didn't wanna play guinea pig anymore

You did the right thing and the 370Z is a nice car. Not sure I would have had your patience.
