Good review!
Headers + tune should fix most of that torque dip. Nameless headerback looks to fix it in a great way, gives it a huge boost in lower-mid RPMs.
I'm going e85 myself, which I'm looking forward to.
EDIT: I'll also say I find it not too hard to "avoid" the torque curve when you need a power boost. Downshifts help a lot, just gotta wring the car out
