I think a big mis-conception that many people have is in regard to the man power these companies have to focus 100% on 1 single product. For years I did prototyping and testing for many aftermarket automotive companies in CA and AZ in the early 2000s ranging from body kits, turbo kits, brake kits, etc. I use to build SEMA cars on a regular basis so dealing with new product and the process of production is something I am very familiar with. I still do from time to time but even I don't have time for it anymore. I have even gone as far as lending my own personal vehicles for as long as 9 months for R&D for a product that ultimately never came out for the public. For whatever reason people think there are army's of people working for these individual companies, when in reality they are often very small with only a handful of employees. Sometimes their names are bigger than their staffing. The point is I am certain Innovate would love to release this product yesterday but it isn't always that easy and you have to understand their #1 priority is to focus on current customers and products. This is a product of prospective customers. If current customers weren't their priority there would never have been a concept to R&D a new product in the first place for prospective customers. Since the staffing is usually small in numbers relative to what people think, R&D is usually done in what little time they have in between running a business
I know it can be difficult to be patient and a few lines here and there pertaining to updates would help but little updates have been coming...... did everyone forget about last week? Bottom line those who are serious about purchasing a specific product will likely have no problem waiting. The world of 86, BRZ, and FR-S owners is much bigger than this forum as the views of this thread may indicate. Heck I even browsed this forum for a year before actually created an account
