I hear what you're saying, but I don't want any assumptions from my employees. I want them to *KNOW* that they will be terminated if they have no integrity and will try to lie, use deceit, and escape from responsibility the first chance they get.
I also want them to *KNOW* that mistakes happen, and if they man up and take ownership of the responsibility that goes with those mistakes, there's a future for them within my employ.
