Out of curiosity why the softer springs?
I went the softer springs because when my car is on a track it, it will not be on sticky slick tyres... every thing I have seen/heard/read about the 86/BRZ is that they are already very capable on the std setup (springs that are substantially softer than 5k/mm) even with stickier tyres.... i just don't think any firmer is needed for me, so i might as well have a slightly less harsh ride, and yes i know that well valved shocks probably contribute more to ride quality than springs but for me i think the 5kg/mm springs instead of the 6kg/mm springs will be better.

I am not really intending to change any of the bushings in the car unless i find any obvious weaknesses, so I am just trying to keep it as compliant as possible.
