I was working with the rear bumper off last night and did not notice any cracking in the tips, will have the car up on a lift next week and I'll examine the rest of the piping.

driver01 any more news on your warranty resolution? I wonder if your problems are stemming from the more severe temperature changes (ie, you being in Toronto) stressing the metal?
