1. Correct, the lowering is not adjustable. These are designed to be used with coilovers to adjust the height so you will not have a wonky reverse rake.

2. No, these arms raise the hub mounting point to achieve the advertised lowering. This keeps the strut mounting position the same and therefore should not affect suspension travel.
