You can get a rental if in the .mil and under 21 as long as you have Orders. Just have to show the rental agency your orders. I did this when I was in the Corps...some rental companies will rent you car without orders too if you're in the .mil but tough finding one.

You can also rent the car if under 21 yrs of age if the rental is done through a Company/Corporation and not an individual...

But you can't drink or drive a rental.

Call the advisor and give him a rash of **** and mehbeh get a free oil change?
