If you are able to get the car clean, then keeping it well waxed helps a lot against all manner of crud because stuff adheres less in the first place and what does stick is on/in the wax and not the paint.
Ironx works great. You have to kinda rub it in with a soft paintbrush. Obviously no so hard you scratch the paint. But yeah ironx got rid of 99% of those stupid yellow oxidation marks. But like I said it smells like purple death so don't do it in a confined spot
