Been married less than a year. Let me tell you how I obtained my FRS.

Followed the wife to the local Toyota dealership to drop her 2010 Corolla off for an oil change. Noticed an FRS on the lot and we took it for a test drive. Told the salesman, be back to pick up her car and went to our favorite breakfast place. While eating she told me something I knew I would rarely hear. "If you are going to get a sports car, now is the time. Otherwise, you should wait for our future kids to be out of college." We went back to pick up her car and I traded in my civic for the FRS.

When kids are brought into the picture, in the coming years, it will result in us requiring a new vehicle to haul the family around. Did I mention she wants an SUV? We talked it over and agreed we should get her the SUV of her dreams, I will drive her Corolla as a DD and garage the FRS.

Remember, it is a lot bigger hassle to sell a car than buy a car.
