Life sucks for us in Australia. I know someone in Toyota and this will be between $35-40k + on road costs. Still won't stop me from being the first to buy it !!! Can't be surprised since everything is overpriced in Aust. ! Its just the way it is here.
Just want to point out, I'm sick of hearing all the complaints of the lack of power for the motor. Think about it. Toyota hasn't had a sports car in ages. This thing has been developed for the last 6-7 years ? Developed in such a way that I have never seen for a entry level sports car. Emissions standards are killing sports cars these days. If it's not enough power for you, then buy a 90's turbo sports car and get over it.
Never thought I would dump my st162 celica(3sge) for any car. But I know it's time. Just hoping it can keep going for another 6-8 months !
By the way. I'm the same. Everyone hates me as I can't stop talking about this car !
