I agree that clutches are rated in torque and it makes sense why but I imagine his response in whp was probably because a lot of people on here when they say what they are aiming to do with the car quote whp. They say I want 250 rwhp or 300 rwhp so he was probably just relating it on an approximate level in the same scale that most people think of for modding the car. Not saying it's entirely right but I don't think there was any deliberate misinformation or dodging of the question.
