I'd have to do the research myself to really tell you. I haven't done anything like that in ages.
I do know that Duplicolor's spray paints sold in car parts stores tend to be harder drying. The engine enamel is TOUGH if you bake it at around 250F for a while. I don't know how the plastics would hold up to that though.
