I'm not real familiar with Toyota when it comes to new cars, have they under-rated HP in the past? Perhaps the specs will list 200hp but once someone gets it on a dyno we'll be pleasantly surprised with a HP bump?
200PS(HP) is set in stone now. So no.

If it's not underrated it might be de-tuned. Remember Toyota is really pushing MPG and emissions marketing. The test drives were done on LRR eco tires.
