Assuming you can install it. Or a really amazing headunit with navigation and all the bells and whistles (a lot of android ones coming out).

Thanks for the youtube link. But I'm not that hands on and would be really apprehensive with testing my 'skills' with my new car. Plus this doesn't really provide any improvement to the navigation capabilities.
