Our official driver's ed car was a Ford Tempo but my instructor took out advanced drivers in his Ferrari F355...I was one of the lucky ones (I think he used me to get track time LOL).

Gave me a lot of confidence early on to be trusted with a sports car, I wish more schools offered basic road driving lessons (even for adults) in higher end cars. You can't even rent a slushy mustang for practice at that age.
