If not, give you a refund and buy a Nameless Off-set axleback which isn't very loud and pocket some of the refund at the same time while you get an extremely high quality axleback built. OP again - if it's just surface rust, get yourself some Stainless Steel cleaner or some other mild cleanser and a soft sponge, should be able to buff that right out. I've used Bar Keepers Friend on my stainless weber grill that gets surface rust from sitting outside all year long and it's worked well.
