Possible, but highly improbable. The full page shots show the camera and page relation exactly fixed, like the camera was on a mount, and the brochure pages were just turned one after tha other.
Just a cellphone would be showing different views and movement thoughout the process. I call staged.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.... but the quality sucks and is tantalizingly unreadable...
