I'm sure it can't be too hard to convert throttle bodies to dbw. AFAIK dbw is essentially a stepper motor that controls throttle. Making an adaptor for it to hook up to ITB's shouldn't be hard, then you just have to get an ECU to control it (of which IIRC there are quite a few that can control both dbw and ITB's).
