The LED bulb is same size as the factory H11 halogen bulb, you twist the factory bulb out and place it aside, and you install the new 22w LED bulb into the housing.

Instead of having the 90* bend for the light socket to plug into, included is an adapter harness about 6 inches long, and that has the H11 plug that will mate with your vehicle. No ballast, no controllers, no extra components, it's as simple as it will get when it comes to upgrading lights.

I've installed about 20 kits on local cars, and i've followed up with the owners, they have never experienced any flickering or issues with the lights, they can leave them on automatic mode, flick them on 20 times in a row, and they come in each and every time instantly, no warming up.
