Porsche dealers always gave me a free loaner (usually an Audi or Benz SUV) and treated me like an old friend. I always felt like the service managers at Porsche had my back, and they did. One even went to bat for me with corporate to get free replacement TPMS Sensors because they batteries died in just over 3 years.
I always get a chuckle out of the folks who dog on the luxury brands yet have no experience owning them.

Any newer German car you'd be surprised, but as with any forum, or anything in life, people are going to cling to a niche and become narrow minded about things. Corvettes are nice, audi's/vw's are great, and so are Japanese cars. They all have their pros and cons, but hey... meh.
