Neither the 86 or the S2000 won multiple car of the year from several different publications for how many rattles they have; they got them because of innovation and driving experience. You can't have it all when cost is a constraint. If these imperfections bother you that much, this is the wrong car for you and you should have bought a similarly priced Mustang and stuck to your guns. Maybe the Mustang GT won't have things that blow away with a minor sneeze because it weighs a good 850lbs heavier than the 86.
