Design changes are due to the MFG process. All is well with those who already have headers.

The design changes we made were mainly with regard to the manufacturing process for making the headers. We wanted to ensure that tolerances were tightened up as much as possible and found that the original process for making the header could lead to headers being produced which would not fit perfectly. If your customer has a header installed on his car already then I can guarantee it was made at our R&D facility and is good to go. The headers released from this point on will not be superior with regards to performance, the change only prevents headers from being made which would under perform.
